One Print PortalOne portal for every print job

Aadhaar Print services

Print the e-Aadhaar your customer brings you — clean, correctly sized and ready to hand over in a few minutes.

Most customers walk in with an e-Aadhaar PDF on their phone or a downloaded file from the official UIDAI website. The Aadhaar print tool in your One Print Portal panel turns that file into a neat print: front and back aligned, photo and QR sharp, and the size your customer asks for.

Important: One Print Portal does not issue, update or correct Aadhaar. Enrolment, updates and downloads happen only on official UIDAI channels. We help you print a document the customer is entitled to.

What you can do from the panel

  • Print e-Aadhaar on A4 or half page, with front and back on one sheet.
  • Prepare a card-size layout for PVC printers and lamination.
  • Use the built-in ID card front–back tool for any card you need on one A4.
  • Download the print-ready PDF again from your print records.

How a print job works

  1. Take the customer's file. Ask for the e-Aadhaar PDF and its password (the first four letters of the name in capitals plus the year of birth).
  2. Choose the layout. A4, half page or card size.
  3. Check the preview. Name, photo, number and QR must be readable. Never edit any detail.
  4. Print and hand over. The charge is taken from your wallet and shows in your ledger.

Good practice at the counter

  • Print only for the person named on the document, or with their clear consent.
  • Do not keep copies on shared computers or WhatsApp groups. Delete temporary files after the job.
  • Offer a masked Aadhaar where the customer only needs it for identity, not for address.

Questions

Can I update a customer's Aadhaar from this portal?

No. Updates and corrections are done only at Aadhaar enrolment centres or on the official UIDAI website. Our panel prints a document the customer already has.

Which paper size should I use?

A4 for office submissions, half page for quick copies, and card size if the customer wants a PVC card or a laminated wallet copy.

Where do I see what I was charged?

Every print is listed in Print Records and every rupee in the Wallet Ledger in your panel.
