PAN is needed for bank accounts, loans, salary and tax work, so customers often need a quick, readable copy. The PAN tools in your panel give you a sharp print of the e-PAN your customer already has, in the size they want.
Important: PAN is issued by the Income Tax Department through authorised agencies. One Print Portal is a private service portal; new PAN and correction applications are submitted through the official process.
PAN services in the panel
- e-PAN print on A4 or in card size.
- PAN details check for a PAN the customer gives you.
- PAN–Aadhaar link status check.
- Help with new PAN and PAN correction applications (where enabled by the admin).
Before you print
- Ask for the e-PAN PDF the customer received by email, or the PAN number for a status check.
- Match the name and date of birth with the customer in front of you.
- Print, hand over and delete the temporary file.
Tips for a clean copy
- Use the original e-PAN PDF, not a screenshot, so the QR code stays scannable.
- For a wallet copy, print card size on thick paper and laminate.
Questions
Is the printed e-PAN valid?
An e-PAN is a valid form of PAN issued by the Income Tax Department. A print of it is a copy of that document; our portal does not create or change PAN data.
Can a customer apply for a new PAN through my counter?
Yes, if the admin has enabled the PAN apply service in your panel. The application is completed through the official process.
